==== REQUIRED BASIC INFO OF YOUR IREDMAIL SERVER ====
- iRedMail version (check /etc/iredmail-release): 1.8.4
- Deployed with iRedMail Easy or the downloadable installer? EE
- Linux/BSD distribution name and version: Debian 12
- Store mail accounts in which backend (LDAP/MySQL/PGSQL): MySQL
- Web server (Apache or Nginx): Nginx
- Manage mail accounts with iRedAdmin-Pro? EE
- [IMPORTANT] Related original log or error message is required if you're experiencing an issue.
====

Hello dear Zhang,

First of all, I would like to say that the **SMTP Sessions** feature in iRedMail Enterprise Edition is an extremely useful tool for mail server administrators, particularly for monitoring outgoing mail, investigating suspicious activity, and troubleshooting mail delivery.

However, I believe its usefulness could be significantly improved by adding a **search and filtering function**.

It would be very helpful to search and filter SMTP session records using the following fields:

- **Subject**
- **Authenticated User**
- **From (SMTP MAIL FROM)**
- **From (Header)**
- **Recipients**
- **Action**
- **Client IP**
- **Size**
- **Date**

Ideally, administrators could search by any individual field or combine several filters to narrow down the results.

For example, when investigating a potentially compromised account or unusual outbound activity, an administrator could enter an authenticated username, specify a time range, and immediately find all related SMTP sessions, including their recipients and delivery actions.

Currently, investigating a specific event can require navigating through multiple pages of SMTP session records or manually examining Postfix logs.

A dedicated search/filter interface would make SMTP Sessions a much more effective tool for daily administration, troubleshooting, and security investigations, especially on busy mail servers.

If possible, it would also be useful to support partial matches for email addresses and subjects, as well as filtering by date/time range.

**Environment:**
- iRedMail Enterprise Edition 1.8.4
- Debian 12
- Production mail server

Thank you for the continued development of iRedMail Enterprise Edition. SMTP Sessions is already a valuable feature, and I believe this improvement would make it even more useful for administrators.

Best regards
T
