I think that you can just copy the mailbox part to iredmail and access it on iredmail without problem.

The most difficult part is convert the IMAP data to iRedmail. Qmailtoaster using courier-imap but iRedMail using Dovecot. There is some tool can do that but I have not tried before.

You can search it by google just like "courier-imap to dovecot"

Today my AD has the same user logins of vpopmail, but there isn't integration between them.
