You can't translate standard IMAP folder names (INBOX/TRASH/SENT/DRAFTS) to other languages in  SquirrelMail-1.4.x, it doesn't support this.

Folder names in file system are encoded, do *NOT* try to change it.

Try roundcubemail or other webmail programs.
