I have a old iredadmin server with iredadmin-pro-1.2 and other packages(including ftp, ejabber and sogo) installed on ubuntu server. I want to migrate all users and data from these server to our new server with iredadmin-pro-1.4(proposed) and other packages.

Please let me know the procedure to do this. Also let me know the for how much time will the server be down if we migrate with latest packages...?
