I saw on logs that the domain admin add a forwarding, so the alias results on looping. I removed this and all alias works fine.

1) Are we talking about the per-user alias addresses in user profile page, tab "Aliases" in iRedAdmin-Pro?

Default value of virtual_alias_expansion_limit is 1000, should be more than enough.

2) Did you send email to just one recipient (the one which has 110 aliases)?

Hi!

An user have 110 alias of e-mail. When a message is sent to this address appers an error on webmail: "Erro SMTP: [451] 4.6.0 Alias expansion error".

Searching about this problem, the "virtual_alias_expansion_limit" is set to 4000 on postfix main.cf.

Some help?
