- CentOS 7 is too old, especially it uses old PHP which causes you have to stick to Roundcube 1.5.2, but 1.5.2 contains security vulnerabilities. Please upgrade CentOS to at least 8, or even better, 9.
- Upgrading Roundcube with the "-complete-` package, don't update its dependencies with the "install-jsdeps.sh" or "composer.json"...

I stated that I upgraded to latest iRedmail including all component ,
RCM os 1.6.10

1.6.4 - > 1.6.5 includes an upgrade to RCM 1.6.3, while you still use RCM 1.5.2

what steps did you skip?

roundcubemail-1.5.2 is very old aswell (dec 2021) and you should avoid it:

Ok I managed to resolve myself.
Could you please advice what useful logs I can use to debug iredmail

P.S:
I know CentOs is old and we will setup fresh new iRedmail on Rocky Linux 9 and migrate users
also I managed to install PHP 7.4 on CentOs 7 with no issues

so, what are the log entries regarding this mail? if it does not reach mailbox, there should be log entries why it was rejected or discarded

Edit:

Centos 7 is very old and near it's EOL, and not supported by iredmail anymore, only centos Stream 9 is supported currently

if you upgrade roundcube, did you ensure that you have the required PHP version?

It seems issue was with install-jsdeps.sh script,
After running and all reps installed seems Roundcube is fine,
But still there is issue,

I created a user in iRedAdmin, and can login with this user to Roundcube , can compose and send email but this email sent to receiver suceesfully, but I can not receive mail sent to this user

User in iRedmail :test@onlinevideoconverter.t

email from test@onlinevideoconverter.to > alex@sxxxx.com. its OK
but reply to this email

alex@sxxxx.co > test@onlinevideoconverter.to never recieven in inbox

Ok it seems issue with roundcube
I can login to it but seems something broken , and function such as add/edit filters or even send email not work

And as example mail.instasupersave.com/mail/program/js/jquery.min.js gives error 404
