Recently, we are unable to access the user webmail interface (Roundcube), though the admin portal remains accessible. </p><p>The user webmail interface shows an &quot;Internal Server Error&quot; when accessed. </p><p>We would like to know if this error is the main cause of the Internal Server Error. Also, we would like to understand what other possible causes there might be, and what troubleshooting steps we can follow to resolve this issue.</p>]]></description>
