			<description><![CDATA[<p>I managed to figure out the issue - the LDAP editing program I was using changed the the RDN to &quot;uid&quot; rather than &quot;mail&quot; - which iRedAdmin requires to make edits.</p><p>used phpLDAPAdmin to rename the records and I have access again!</p>]]></description>

No<br />- [IMPORTANT] Related original log or error message is required if you&#039;re experiencing an issue.<br />====</p><p>I have seven users on my domain.&nbsp; Accessing settings for six of them works as expected; for one user, attempting to access settings via the GUI results in an &quot;Account does not exist&quot; error.&nbsp; However, this user is still able to login to webmail and use all other LDAP dependent logins without issue.&nbsp; </p><p>Additionally, attempting to new user with the same name results in &quot; Error: Account already exists, please choose another one.&quot; - so some parts of iRedMail know the account exists.</p><p>I&#039;m at a loss on how to start troubleshooting this one.&nbsp; Any help is greatly appreciated.</p>]]></description>
