are those various "pre" config files in the spamassassin folder used? If so, I think it's already enabled via one of those.
And I'm finding documentation that the spf headers are thrown away by amavisd sad

SpamAssassin 4.0 appears to include a plugin for DMARC and also ARC validation.

So, depending on the OS that iredmail pro is running on, configuring SPF validation and DMARC and ARC validation would be an extremely useful value-add.

At the moment, only DKIM is enabled:

loadplugin Mail::SpamAssassin::Plugin::DKIM

that's the only "loadplugin" line.
