Topic: Two iredmail servers backup (Replica)

I have two ireedmail server installed with Centos 6.2 and LDAP,Please assist me on what should i need to do inorder to achive below  setup

I want to replicate  mailbox + settings of the primary iredmail server to the second(backup ) iredmail server so that  the recovery should be done through A record change in case of failure of  the primary server. There should be synchronization between the two in such a a way that the backup contains exactly the same data as the primary.

1) Setup OpenLDAP replication to sync mail accounts. Reference: http://www.openldap.org/doc/admin24/replication.html
2) Sync mailboxes with rsync.
3) Sync MySQL databases with MySQL replication or daily/hourly cron backup. Reference: http://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.1/en/replication.html
