Hi,

I am now experiencing new issue with local users that when some outsider sends e-mail with some excel attachments mails are not received at user end, maillog and iredapd logs does not show anything unusual.

Can anyone guide where to check or what to rectify this type of issue?

There must be some log in log files, please try sending similar email again, and check Postfix log file. Postfix will log at least related smtp session.
