Hi.  So how do virtual domains work?  I have a VPS that I called mx.backsaba.com.  When I installed iredmail, my first virtual domain was called backsaba.com.

Now, using the iredadmin web interface I added a new virtual domain called animotionarts.com, and added some users@animotionarts.com users.  I updated the DNS records and all that.  I can visit animotionarts.com and confirmed that it's being served from my vps.  But when I email to users@anomotionarts.com, mail doesn't get there (although I can send email from users@animotionarts.com no problem).

Also, users@backsaba.com all works fine, sending and receiving.

So my question is, do I have to do anything additional when I add virtual domains using iredadmin?

Thanks.

Re: How do virtual domains work?

Sorry about the wasted post.  It's working now.  I think it was just a case that the change to the DNS was taking a long time to propagate to the gmail mail server.  (I think, anyway).
