@ZhangHuangbin, is ShadowAddress, I watched the main.ini.php rcmain the more I'm not sure exactly what to change to have a query satisfactorily.

Check Roundcube-0.9.0 config file, main.inc.php, looks like we cannot define LDAP attribute "shadowAddress" as addition email address. I suggest you ask in Roundcube mailing list instead to get professional answer.
