I'm troubleshooting not being able to receive emails from certain domains.  One of the domain admins I'm working with said he's receiving 'Transferred Delayed' on their end when trying to send my server email.

He suggested that it might be a communication error between the two servers, as a result of improperly handling of 8-bit html encoding.

How can I verify / change this?

Is it possible for you to get full bounce message of that domain admin? We need it for troubleshooting.
