Re: iRedAdmin-Pro v1.6.0 (MySQL): no blacklist/whitelists options

Unfortunately, iRedAdmin-Pro doesn't support Cluebringer (a.k.a. Policyd v2) on openSUSE-12.3, but you can manage it with its own web ui: httpS://your_server/cluebringer/

Re: iRedAdmin-Pro v1.6.0 (MySQL): no blacklist/whitelists options

I can not access the web interface of cluebringer: Not found.
In / srv / www not present, and even as an alias of the virtual hosts for apache.

- /etc/policyd/webui.conf
- /usr/share/cluebringer/webui/
- /etc/init.d/cbpolicyd

it should be enabled by default.

Do you have file /etc/apache2/conf.d/cluebringer.conf? Any Cluebringer related config in file /etc/apache2/vhosts.d/vhost-ssl.conf?

Hi Zhang,
in /etc/apache2/conf.d I do not have the file cluebringer.conf and no configuration in /etc/apache2/vhosts.d/vhost-ssl.conf

Re: iRedAdmin-Pro v1.6.0 (MySQL): no blacklist/whitelists options

I guess your iRedMail installation was not successfully completed, at least Cluebringer was not installed correctly.

You can try this:

*) Install iRedMail on a virtual machine.
*) Copy files you missed on your production server from virtual machine.
*) Make sure you have correct SQL username/password in copied config files.
*) Restart Apache service on your production server.

Hi Zhang,
I installed the new release 0.8.5 on a virtual machine, but the files are still there Club. Enclosed is the installation log.
You have any suggestions?

Re: iRedAdmin-Pro v1.6.0 (MySQL): no blacklist/whitelists options

First of all, never attach a file or paste text which contains password or other sensitive info.

Your installation looks just fine, not error message. I have to apologize, i forgot openSUSE doesn't have mod_auth_mysql for authentication, so iRedMail doesn't configure Cluebringer webui at all.

We're working on Cluebringer support within iRedAdmin-Pro, hopefully it will be available in next release.

Re: iRedAdmin-Pro v1.6.0 (MySQL): no blacklist/whitelists options

Thanks for the suggestion, however the installation was testing so no sensitive data.
Due to the unavailability of the webui and how you can still manually configure the blacklist/whitelists?

Re: iRedAdmin-Pro v1.6.0 (MySQL): no blacklist/whitelists options

You can try either one:

*) Store username and (encrypted) password in a text file, then configure Apache to auth users with this file. Reference: http://httpd.apache.org/docs/2.2/howto/auth.html

*) Install Apache auth module (mod_auth_mysql for MySQL backend, mod_auth_pgsql for PostgreSQL backend) manually, then configure Cluebringer webui to work with Apache.

We're working on Cluebringer support within iRedAdmin-Pro, hopefully it will be available in next release.
