What is the best way to proceed to upgrade from 0.2.2?
The upgrade tutorials here begin only with 0.3.2-0.4.4.

I guess 0.2.2 is the version number of iRedAdmin open source edition, you should check file /etc/iredmail-release to get iRedMail version number.

Yes, it's really old. However I have found the instructions, and they are pretty good:
