Topic: How To Monitor incoming/outgoing mails with BCC ?

I'd like to set up monitoring of incoming/outgoing mail with BCC on version 0.6.1 on a CentOS box. Per domain or per user is fine, i just can't seem to find the setting or documentation. Have any of you configured this, and can you give me some pointers ? Thanks for all your help.
