Topic: [SOLVED] Cannot receive any mail from outside

- Any related log? Log is helpful for troubleshooting.

I had a new installion of iRedMail, i can send mail but i can't reseive any mail from outside and i can't find any log message in mail.log, how can i fix it? thanks a lot

If you can't find any log message, it's better to check your DNS records first, make sure you have correct A and MX records.
Or do you have any routers disable SMTP access to this mail server?

Thanks a lot, i think it had some problem in MX records, my older mail server domain is same to new server
