We want to add some users for maintainig mailing lists' reciepients.

How can we add a new user (some kind of locked-down admin?) who is able to log in to the irm-dashboard to edit mailing-lists (but only permitted ones)?

How can we permit some users to create mailing-lists?
Is ist possible to set a "default: only moderators may send" (and denying any misconfiguration smile?

iRedAdmin-Pro doesn't achieve this feature, still no plan for it, sorry.
