Error logs in dovecot.log
Aug 25 14:35:35 auth(default): Error: LDAP: Connection lost to LDAP server, reconnecting
Aug 25 14:35:35 auth(default): Error: LDAP: Can't connect to server: 127.0.0.1:389

Hi,
After restarting of my server, I am unable to send and receive mails.
I have checked the dovecot log, it is showing the logs like above and i tried to restart the ldap server and starting it again,but it is of no use.
Please help me to make my server work.

The error log means OpenLDAP service is not running.
Please set "loglevel 256" in /etc/ldap/slapd.conf, then restart service "slapd". Check error log in /var/log/openldap.log.

I am sorry, it was my mistake.
I locked myself while experimenting with fail2ban and iptables, all is working as expected after re configuring them .
