i have two servers installed with iredmail one configured as pop server and another(mx) as a relay host to pop
server

i have added the IP  of  mx in  mynetworks as suggested in this forum but still i get above error.

below is the bounce back message

If you have ip address of "mx" server in Postfix "mynetworks" on server "pop", this issue won't happen at all.
Please post output of command "postconf mynetworks" on server "pop".

after doing this change and restarting postfix the error changed to

<test@yahoo.com>: host mx[41.221.xxx.4] said: 554 5.4.0 Error:
    too many hops (in reply to end of DATA command)

Did you try "41.221.xxx.4" instead of "41.221.41.0/25"?

Seems your mail is looping.
Does this account forward email to this yahoo mailbox?

It does not,i dont recive any mail in yahoo,i just get a bounce back message in pop.

Did you test other mail accounts?
All mail accounts have same issue or only this one?

Dear Zhang,

i have tested all accounts they give the same error,when i disable relay host,pop can directly send well,i think there  is a problem with relay configs.

Did you see there're many "Received:" mail headers? Your mail is looping between these two servers. You have to fingure out why it happened first.

Please post output of command "postconf -n" on both servers.
