GreyListing  causes long delay for incoming emails. It makes new administrator of iredmail confused. And the effectiveness of GreyListing is questionable.

Greylisting is proved to be a spam killer, it also saves lots of system resource used to scanning spam/virus, so i personally prefer to enable it by default. Sorry.
