Topic: How to set FQDN

Hi, I'am linux newcomer. How can i set my FQDN. Server runs on Ubuntu 10.04, I have there apache and mysql i'd like to set iredmail but i don't know how to set mail FQDN i have registred www.webninja.cz What's ideal FQDN? mail.webninja.cz or webninja.cz Has it any leverage on servers run?

If your email address will end with "@webninja.cz", your system hostname (FQDN) can NOT be "webninja.cz", it can be "mail.webninja.cz" or whatever you want except "webninja.cz".
