For non experience users the better way to set up vacations is via webmail or via mail client (like in Exchange), but we have this feature to set up via Filters in Roundcube, so some of users may be confused. They will looking for some impended menu like "Vacation" or "Out-of-office", but not Filter.

Another situation, then some users going to the unplanned vacation/out-of and have no internet access, so they just calling to the Mail administrator: - Mike, could you set up my out-of-office vacation, please?
And Mike have no idea, what the password is for this user, user did not remember his password too.

So, my point is to make plans to develop this feature, if it possible.
The only way is to change password, but it is not so convenient.

If it's possible in manual mode, of cause it could be possible from frond-end (iRedAdmin).
I'm highly suggesting to add this feature in future version.
