I use iRedMail 0.7.3 + MySQL + CentOS 6

When I do a test mail server to repond to me:
: 25 Failed to connect socket: Connection timed out

I can not receive e-mails on my server, I have a server which filters spam my messages and then forward the mail server with iRedMail.
Emails between the users themselves if they arrive, but do not reach external (hotmail, gmail, etc). The first pass through the external antispam server, but it does not pass to the mail server iredmail.

This shows in the server antispam,

email@mydomain.com R=filter_forward T=remote_smtp defer (-53): retry time not reached for any host

email@mydomain.com R=filter_forward T=remote_smtp defer (110): Connection timed out.

I think the problem is in the iRedMail, because if he accepted the first messages, but then stopped accepting.
Any idea why?
