Hi all,

i am new to mails servers and i tried installing iRedmail on Centos 6 and i am able to send and receive emails but the mails which i send from iRedmail are going into SPAM for external domians like gmail,yahoo or hotmail. Can anyone help me how to whitelist the IP Address and resolve the issue.

Hi,
check this steps:

1) first of all you must have a reverse dns on the ip of the mail server
    (Take a look here http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Reverse_dns )
    For this thing probably you must have to ask to your provider

2) you must setup DNS record for SPF
    (Take a look here http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sender_Policy_Framework )

3) you must setup a DNS record for DKIM key
   (Take a look here http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/DomainKeys_Identified_Mail )

Also check if your ip il listed in someone blacksit http://www.mxtoolbox.com/blacklists.aspx
