- iRedMail version and backend (LDAP/MySQL):Iredmail 0.7.4/Mysql

I configured the iredmail in my server and its working as expected.Now i wanted to configure the mail users through mail recieving/sending Client Software(like outlook,Thunderbird).How can i do that?Do i need to change any settings in iredmail?what is the POP3 & SMTP settings i need to define in Thunderbird software?
Mail server Hostname: innovative.com
Virtual domain name: mail.innovative.com
Please help....
