Topic: Mail are missing in Users account

hi,

I have problem, that my user are complaining, there some mails are missing  in there account

eg: if someone send mail to other users, mail receive and user and check but after some time mail is missing both of users accounts sender missing in sent folder and receiver missing in inbox, both user have no filters

using iRedmail 0.7.4

Please help ASSP

I'm sorry that i have no idea of why it happened at all. sad

Please turn on debug mode in Dovecot to check what happened.

tell me who to enable debuging in dovecot

Set 'mail_debug = yes' in /etc/dovecot.conf, then monitor its log file /var/log/dovecot.log and /var/log/sieve.log.

You can also enable 'maillog' plugin to log IMAP actions. Reference:
