We are facing some day problem . All user faced the problem Reset password can not be change through webmail. only change control pannel . kindly solution as soon as ..

We are using iRedAdmin-Pro-LDAP-1.6.3 and roundcube 0.7.1. we had check the login for example manoj.kumar@aipl.in and reset password than log message as per below..

Obviously, you don't have correct SQL command configured in Roundcube password plugin. Did you upgrade Roundcube from and older version? Please sync plugin password config file also. It's config file should be roundcubemail-x.y.z/plugins/password/config.inc.php.

But simply replacing it is not a good idea since roundcube-7.x has more settings in this plugin. It's recommended to sync used settings from old config file.

Can we just copy the config.php from the 0.7 password plugin to 0.7.2 password plugin directory?
