Hi, I read this tutorial page to move spam marked messages to Junk folder:

Maybe i misunderstand some parts, but this method work also for multiple domains?

Yes. But you should add multiple domains in Amavisd setting '@local_domains_maps', so that Amavisd will insert SPAM related mail headers for emails delivered to these domains.
