I have followed the 0.8.0 upgrade tutorial fully however I was wondering if I still needed to download the iRedMail-0.8.0.tar.bz2 package and run the install script to upgrade.

In other words, is all that is required to upgrade is to follow the doc located here? http://iredmail.org/wiki/index.php?titl … .7.4-0.8.0

Or do I need to do an additional step by running/installing the new 0.8.0 package?

Usually, upgrading iRedMail is just updating some config files to achieve new features or fix bugs. Not needed to run iRedMail install script.
