You should contact senderbase.org instead, it's not an iRedMail issue.

Re: poor reputation on senderbase.org

I had the same problem with a new email server running with iRedMail.  I knew it was not spam related.  senderbase.org has been taken over by Tallos (talosintelligence.com).  They rate email reputation as Poor, Neutral or Good.

Focused on DNS entries:
o AAAA record if your server has IP6 for web browsing -> mydomain.com
o AAAA record for IP6 for mail -> mail.mydomain.com
o A record for your IP4 for web browsing -> mydomain.com
o A record for mail -> mail.mydomain.com
o MX record for mail -> mail.mydomain.com
o SPF record points to both IP6 and IP4 addresses eg v=spf1 ip4:x.x.x.x ip6:y:y:y:y::2 -all
o DKIM record for mydomain.com
o DKIM record for mail.mydomain.com
o DMARC record which states what other servers should do with failed SPF and DKIM records that relate to my domain.  see https://www.skelleton.net/2015/03/21/ho … ith-dmarc/

Ensure IP4 and IP6 reverse DNS lookup is  in place.

This moved the status from "Poor" to "Neutral".
