Hi,

I am actually new to iRedMail and Linux servers. I just would like to know if anyone has done replication of iRedMail server and all the mailboxes successfully as I can't find any tutorials around on Google for iRedMail.

I heard about DBDB and Heartbeat but I really don't know how to configure them with iRedMail to replacate entire server and mailboxes. I also heard about OpenLDAP replication but that is also out of my knowledge and configuration for perfect replication towards master and slave.

I would like to request anyone if anyone can provide tutorial for the same which would help so many people like me.

Reference: http://www.iredmail.org/wiki/index.php? … ail.Server

- To replicate mailboxes, you can try "rsync": http://rsync.samba.org/
- To replicate mail accounts stored in LDAP, try OpenLDAP replication: http://www.openldap.org/doc/admin24/replication.html iRedMail provides a shell script to backup (not replicate) LDAP data: iRedMail-x.y.z/tools/backup_openldap.sh. If you're running iRedMail-0.8.0, it will be enabled in cron automatically.
