Hi Zhang,

Another issue I am observing in maillog while trying to access the mailbox over internet using thunderbird or outlook application is as follows:

May 22 16:57:08 mail postfix/smtpd[3132]: connect from unknown[106.XX.XX.13]
May 22 16:57:08 mail postfix/smtpd[3133]: connect from unknown[106.XX.XX.13]
May 22 16:57:08 mail postfix/smtpd[3101]: connect from unknown[106.XX.XX.13]
May 22 16:57:08 mail postfix/smtpd[3132]: disconnect from unknown[106.XX.XX.13]
May 22 16:57:08 mail postfix/smtpd[3134]: disconnect from unknown[106.XX.XX.13]
May 22 16:57:08 mail postfix/smtpd[3133]: disconnect from unknown[106.XX.XX.13]
May 22 16:57:08 mail postfix/smtpd[3101]: disconnect from unknown[106.XX.XX.13]

The same is happening from other location also over internet, while every settings I verified twice on other end but server is not allowing connection or somehow its making other end device disconnected.

I verified the DNS also which are working fine as I can receive and send any emails to any one over internet.

Can you provide me some sort of solution?

again connection error from other location over internet.

why its showing verification failed if the request is coming from Internet? Request can come from any IP or domain it should just process the request based on authentication but its not doing so...

I don't know why its happening like this as overall E-mail operation is working smoothly..

Not sure what the issue is, sorry.

What's the log message above the "verification failed" line?

There is no log above the verification field, its just normal incoming/outgoing E-mails log.

Does it require some kind of changes as it shows postfix/smtpd?

I am stuck here now as from my other end site I can't send E-mails through iRedMail server I cannot plan to put the server in production. I am planning to put it in production for 7 different domains and having more than 12000 users per domain I think this would be the highest scoring level of iRedMail success stories.

But now I cannot plan as I need to sort out issues arising while testing the server.

Hi Zhang,

Indications in your reference is same which I have configured on the server no difference. However I am just using BIND name server as stated in below tutorial:

Is it something related to DNS ?

Document of DKIM is available, the problem is, we cannot help verify the DKIM dns record, because we don't know the real domain name, and we cannot try to verify it with 'dig'.
