I have a@xxx.com and b@xxx.com which is from the same domain. But I want a@xxx.com just to send and receive local domain. b@xxx.com can send/receive local/external email. Is that possible in iRedMail?

You should at least show us basic info of your iRedMail server to help troubleshoot:

This feature is achieved in iRedAPD for OpenLDAP backend, with plugin "block_amavisd_blacklisted_senders" and "ldap_recipient_restrictions". You can manage them with iRedAdmin-Pro-LDAP, in user profile page. smile
