Topic: SMTP Server error

Hi
I configured postfix mail server
when i am sending mail from php getting error
SMTP server error: 5.7.1 <mydomain.com[123xxx.xx.xx  Client host rejected: Access denied

how to resolve this issue, please some one assist me on this
