Are there any documentation to implement SURBL into iredmail / spamassassin? I was wondering if you came across a doc on hwo to do this, or if one already exists

As mentioned on page http://wiki.apache.org/spamassassin/SURBL:

SpamAssassin 3.0 and higher come with SURBL support.

So it should be enabled by default.
