Is it normal a message is showed in https://XXXX.com/iredadmin/activities/quarantined and be delivered to use user? Ok, that the message was tagged with *** SPAM *** in subject. Is it normal?

No.

You didn't follow migration tutorial strictly:

You have to update /etc/amavisd.conf.

The $final_spam_destiny was in 2 places in amavisd.conf, one with DISCARD and the last with PASS.

Amavisd will use the last one. Please comment out one of them, and set the only one to D_DISCARD please.

I'm so sorry that this is caused by iRedMail script, it doesn't comment out the existing one. But fixed weeks ago, so new iRedMail installations won't have duplicate setting. smile
