Hi, everyone.
I am allowed to use the iredmail always, thank you.

Although many users are using it Outlook2010, phenomenon of e-mail attachments received in some duplication has occurred.
Attachment was the only one was confirmed by roundcube.

Is a good idea to improve something?

Was this email sent with Roundcube webmail or other mail clients (Outlook/Thunderbird/etc)?

Hi,Zhang

Are operating in the current IMAP.
In roundcube, do not have a problem with the file attached.
If you look at the same mail in Outlook, I'm sure this phenomenon.

For now, I'm not occur for all users.
The timing of the receipt of Outlook, I think something to be failing.

Is there an operational iredmail who have experienced the same phenomenon?

The first thing I'd do is try completely uninstalling your virus software, restarting the computer, and seeing if that fixes the issue by trying to attach a file to your email. Sometimes the virus software checks over the attachment and adds it twice, Norton especially...

If it winds up being that, I'd suggest you move over to something like Avast for your virus protection. It's free, works a little better in my opinion (6 years using it and no virus) and isn't a resource hog.

Thanks for the reply.

After the symptoms of the problem, and restart the dovecot and postfix.
For now, the phenomenon has not occurred.

I think if that occurred, try and try and cause to pursue your ideas.
Reported at that time.
