I don't know what happen with my email
can receive but can not sent to outside but in localhost can sent and receive

Hi! Provide some logs when you are trying to send mail.

Please fix this issue first:

I guess you use "mpt.gov.la" as system hostname, and iRedMail uses it in Postfix parameter "myhostname =".
During iRedMail installation, it prompts you cannot use system hostname as a virtual domain.

We use this mail for one year around two month ago can receive from outside but can not to sent outside. How do we do
