Topic: how to distinction the intranet and internet

I want ajdust to change for my intranet, mail can sent allow 100MB mailsize

and internet account limit in 20MB?

that means if the account is at the myself server ,that can be sent  and received any size mail , if the sender from other domainname (not at my server), it just only sent to me 10MB
