I deleted the original domain since it was added incorrectly (wrong name) and now there is no iredadmin account anymore. Could someone show me the steps to add a new admin account?

Try this:

- Add a new mail user with script shipped in iRedMail: iRedMail-0.8.3/tools/create_mail_user_OpenLDAP.sh.
- Then login to phpLDAPadmin as LDAP root dn: cn=Manager,dc=xxx,dc=xxx.
- Add one more attribute "domainGlobalAdmin=yes" and "enabledService=domainadmin" for this newly created user. It now becomes a global domain admin.
