Are there any configuration for the vacation autoreply because it doesn't works

*) What does "it doesn't work" exactly mean?
*) Did you check Dovecot log files (/var/log/dovecot.log, /var/log/sieve.log) to see why it doesn't work?
*) If you're running old iRedMail release, please check upgrade tutorials whether it was fixed in later releases: http://www.iredmail.org/doc.html#upgrade_tutorial

i configure in the webmail normaly and when i send an email for a test i see any autoreply

Mail user can set vacation auto-reply with Roundcube webmail.
