Hello,
our server is around 3 month old and recently I notice that login to IredAdmin Pro takes
30 seconds and MySql takes 100% cpu.
the same is when I go to Summary page or reload Summary page.
Is it possible that the problem is related Top 10 Statistics / Incoming and Outgoing Mail list?

Did you setup cron job to delete old records in Amavisd database? You can cleanup them with script shipped in iRedAdmin-Pro: tools/cleanup_amavisd_db.py. Just open it and read top lines, you will know how to use it and setup a daily cron job.
