Hi!

I want to ask. Is in iredmail possibility to simply create users without @domain.ltd ?
I mean user name will be just - anybody instead   anybody@domain.ltd ?
If is, so how it to do ?

I use one domain, and a full e-mail as user name I don`t need.

- If you want to receive email from others, an full email address is required.
- Is using a full email address really so bad for you?

I mean, login user name in iredmail. Story was that. old server is dead. there were only user name for login (pop3), without full e-mail New i setuped with iredmail, but users 200 units, so all of them i must in they`re client programs update new account info.
Is there possibility to use only user name for login without @domain.ltd or not ?

I'm having the same problem, we have a software that needs to be able to login with only the username and read an account's received emails.

Is this possible to set with iRedMail?

Impossible with default iRedMail setting via IMAP protocol. But since all mails are stored on file system, you can try to read mail message file instead, but it's not recommended.

Is login with a username and password so hard?
