Is there any installer like iredmail for dbmail ?

No. But you can setup iRedMail first, then install and configure DBMail by following below tutorial:

The tutorial is for MySQL backend, but it should work with PostgreSQL too, just need some minor modifications.

can i fetch emails directly from tables instead imap,pop ?

I didn't try this before. Personally, i think you can do it this way, but obviously, it's not recommended.
DBMail will maintain all MIME info of emails in SQL server, if you accidentally delete/destroy/damage some SQL records, then related emails will probably unreadable.

Just my personal opinion. Standard IMAP protocol is the best for you.
