Re: i can't send to another mail server

*) Could you please paste original log in Postfix log file (/var/log/mail.log)? Not just the line contains error message, but all related logs before and after it.

*) Do you have correct DNS server(s) in /etc/resolv.conf and /var/spool/postfix/etc/resolv.conf?

*) Do you have correct hostname in /etc/hosts and /var/spool/postfix/etc/hosts?

Re: i can't send to another mail server

1) You should read the URL in log first.
2) Do you have correct SPF DNS record?

Is necessary having a static ip for my mail server ?

Well, technically, not necessary. You can send/receive emails with a dynamic IP address. But the problem is, most spammers use dynamic IP address to send spams too, so many ISPs block dynamic IP addresses directly to stop spam. That's why a static IP address becomes "necessary".

Since i could send a message from thundrebird to my mail server via internet but i could't to another domain (like gmail) that means my problem with static ip

Right ?

It's hard to say what the problem is. You MUST check Postfix log file to figure out the root cause.
