Hi Zhang,

When my client log in their admin site to create, delete or edit their domain users sometimes (not always) the admin dash board shows empty. The number of domain and number of users shows zero. But after sever times logout and login or if reset the admin account its shows the domain and users in the dashboard.

Feel strange and confused sometimes infront of our clients. Can you help me out to solve this issue permanently ?

Sorry, what does "admin dashboard shows empty" mean? Blank page? or shows zero domains/users? Is it possible for you to capture a screenshot and attach here to help me understand the issue?

Hi Zhang,

Thanks for your reply. Its little difficult to take the screenshot of this error,because as i told you this is not happening always.

In the  iRedMail Admin Panel, there is option called "System Information" in that we can see total number of Domains and Users. But sometimes the number of Domains and Users shows 0.That time we are not able to create or edit anything in that page. After several time re login  its shows the numbers of domain and users. I hope you are clear with this reply !!!

Here's suggestion, although it may not fix your issue:

*) Upgrade iRedMail to the latest stable release.
*) Then upgrade iRedAdmin-Pro to the latest release.
