Topic: can send email with roundcube, cant send email with mail client

as the topic subject already said. i can't send email with an external email client. it cannot connect to the server and gives me a 10060 error. i can receive email and sending email with the roundcube. webmail works perfectly. can someone help me with this?

Was there any related log in Postfix log file (/var/log/maillog) when you try to connect mail server with your mail client? If not, it means your mail client cannot connect to your mail server at all, then please check your network firewall rules, gateway, etc.
