Sure. All features are implemented in iRedMail part, iRedAdmin-Pro just help you manage them.

To enable 'Relay without verifying local recipients", just add below attr/value pair in domain object:

domainBackupMX=yes

NOTE: If you add above att/value WITHOUT setting custom domain relay, this domain will become backup mx.
